Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well, until fully combined.
Take 1 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Place in the fridge for 30 mins (or the freezer for 10 mins) before serving. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
